HELP! which mutant should I rank up?

I have apoc so horseman usability is a factor for choosing. Been needing a new mutant to use with apoc and I’m not sure who to pick.

Prof X is a goated mutant, and his synergy with Apoc makes him a great choice. Definitely him IMO
