AW Node 47 Vigilance Buff is broken

So it's been a while and on this season it happens that I always do node 47 in Alliance War and it happened 3 times already that when I enter the fight, the defender has Vigilance buff up and running at the start of the fight! (clarification: I never use power boost bar before this match)

This is always happening when fighting against Adam Warlock.
Everytime this happens, I DIE.
So it's free death everytime he gets vigilance buff at the start of the fight.

I'm getting really mad, this is driving me crazy.

Every kind of clarification is well appreciated, thanks.

p.s. for this kind of match, I always use my r5 ab200 tigra and I get it down in like 25 seconds, except when I die because the defender starts the fight with vigilance buff..
