BG rewards from last seasons placement

I finished season 11 at Silver 1, starting season 12 at Bronze 3 and i also didnt get the rewards from bronze 3 to that point.

You start two ranks from your previous. So because you finished silver you will start bronze. I finished plat so i start silver. Since your bronze 3 there is no previous rewards. You only get the rewards from the levels you skipped due to placements
