Log in issue

Recently I have switched to iOS from android, and now I can't access to my 2nd account (this) from my iOS device . But when I borrowed an android to log in with Gmail I can get into my 2nd account . But I don't own an android now and this is awkward but I am actually posting this from someone else's phone . Please look into this kabam. I also tried to contact support team but I don't think they actually read messages.
