Why dose the screen changed from loading to updating?

I already had an issue with my 2nd account , in which I can’t play the account on iOS but its playable on android , but recently when I went to aw before the start of fight the screen changes from loading to updating and it takes forever on that screen and doesn’t start the fight and when I force close it an open the game again I find my fighter with half health . Can someone help these things are annoying as hell here is a video I am attaching to it

Now When I start fight with my android this is what's been happening, Kabam can I please fix this . I want to play on iOS but it was playable on android but now it's not even playable on android
