Killmonger for bgs is possible but would be nice with dupe, as would Angela for incursions but also dupe + high sig. Joe fixit's dupe is very nice but not a must have, if you like the character rank them.

I'd wait. If you had an established roster then maybe KM, Morb or Gamora but I wouldn't go with them for your first.

2. Do you use any of them constantly?

Rank anyone you like or want. Asking this question of the forums and people will always give you their personal opinions but could differ greatly from your own. If you're getting tons of use from Elsa, rank her if it's going to make fights easier for you. If you're not sold on any of them and rarely use them, wait. I doubt you're in an alliance that is heavily invested in the prestige race so rank who you like or are getting the most out of. Or wait if you aren't getting that from any of them.
