Battlegrounds picking first imbalance?

I've noticed lately that I'm picking first far more than my opponent is. Not in a 60:40 way but more like in a 95:05 way.
I've seen other people complain about this too.
Is anyone else facing this?

I am almost certainly wrong but I noticed that when I ban my opponent's champions but dont proceed and let the time run out, I got to pick second. That was the only time.
Probably just thinking about it too much but thought I'd throw it out there for other people to test maybe.

We have Paragons posting about it
But as we all know, we must have uncollected scrubs cry about BG problem here, only then Kabam will listen and fix it.
