When you kick someone

If alliance rewards have been released, do they have to be claimed before the player is removed, or do they remain in their in-game mail regardless? Trying to be a nice guy about it.

They just have to be distributed. Not necessarily claimed by the kickee.

They remain in thier mail provided they got the mail.
Reward mails may get delayed for different people for different reasons.
