Can we get the Collector's Daily Card in Summoner's Market?

Hi everyone I was wondering why isn't the Collector's Daily Card in the Summoner's Market if it's just another option to get more units (and only units) like the traditional ones.
It would be great for the users outside USA that have to pay way more (depending on the country) in the in-game store for the same resource.
Any ideas? Can we have a response from @Kabam Miike?
