Another 4* or rank up

So I just completed heroic event quest and I wanted to know what my focus should be at the moment. I have 1 million valor, would I be better off getting another 4* or getting rank up items, i just need a single T3 mutant cat to get AA to Rank 4. I've completed act 2 and alliance is normally map 2/3. Is it worth me stocking up in T4b or T1A or even T2A? I'm not sure how soon or easily I would be able to get hold of them during general gameplay.

    That Crossbones would come in handy for you too. I would say focus on the t4 basic catalysts at this point. You also need to make sure you are spending your units on cores and unlocking the right masteries. A strong mastery setup is key in this game.
