Can Domino Unlucky make Dexter fail !!!

I've been playing BG and fought this Domino
And she used SP1 and I have unlucky on my HT
Even I kept dodging, it showed as Dexterity failed when I kept dodging and her last hit of Sp1 instantly KO'd my HT by that
This is the first encounter seeing Domino unlucky can even make Dexterity fail
Is this a bug or effect of unlucky !!!!!!

Yes
She will bypass all evade and dexterity abilities while opponent is unlucky.
It is intentional

When Domino is unlucky, she does crazy things to you. Dex failure is one of them for sure. I tried not to dex her sp1 when she's unlucky since I have been KO many times in the past to it. Domino doing Domino things is what makes her a pain to fight against.
