Money deducted from my account but rewards not received

I purchased from in-game store.playcontest of champions paragon daily crystal , I got an error after payment and I didn't receive rewards but my money was deducted. Kabam refers to xsolla for support which is useless.

Restart your game first. Webstore purchases don't always come when the game is already open. DO NOT ask for a refund through anything else because it could result in negative units if you end up getting the items later.

As will many online store purchases, there is a possibility of the payment failing but the purchase still showing in your account. It might be just a pre-auth of the purchase and that usually falls off after 24 hours. Some banks have strict fraud guidelines and may flag the purchase as fraudulent.
