I'm actually not going to complain about the rewards for this event. That can be for a different thread.
For this one, I thought we'd discuss how to get points, and that fact that Kabam should really pay closer attention to what exists when they begin adding items.
Why is it that ranking up a 3* champ gives more points than a 4 or 5* champ, and the same as a 7* champ?
Leveling up? Don't waste your time with those ISO hungry 6 and 7* champs. You'll get close to, or maybe the same, for leveling up your easy 4* champs.
And the leading candidate for absurdity is crystal openings. A 4* crystal (I have these collecting dust because I only open them when I want points for a class advancement event without actually advancing a champ), gives >3x the points that a 7* titan crystal gives??
A crystal that even the most blubbery of whales is probably only opening 1/month right now, is valued lower than a crystal I can from the Sunday arena rank rewards with 45 minutes of grinding?
I bring this up, not because it's a major issue, cause frankly, the rewards from the event aren't game changing. But rather because it's such a ridiculous thing, that I assume could be remedied with 10 minutes of work.
Of course, now that I've put this out there, they'll probably just lower the value of the ridiculously high, easily obtainable, point offerings, and leave the more difficult ones unchanged. That'd be a classic move.
