It's been 3 weeks since viv vision has had a problem in any game mode when activating the pre-fight, I've already contacted Kaban support who doesn't know how to solve it. Another problem with the sugar overdose mission that was made available this week and when I finished the last chapter 100% the rewards were not unlocked so that I could spend the sugar I reported it to kaban again and once again nothing was done. I'm asking for everyone's help as it's complicated, the human torch also had a problem before the fight but now it's back to normal.

    It is like more than a month now. Cannot activate the pre-fight in quests or Bg.
