Obviously a lot of text to go through here, but his playstyle is actually pretty simple. Just cycle through powers until you recruit enough personalities to go unleashed, then just go ham with your specials and basics. He's defintely erring on being a little too powerful, but I think it's balanced by the randomness and a lot of the specific numbers are estimates and not final
