T2A Capacity or Sell ability

I'm sure it's been mentioned numerous times before, but I saw the IG Mail today about capacity upgrades and felt a little hopeful.

I'm sitting on over 50 of them, I can rank someone then the next day I've gotten the catalysts back. Can I just sell them for t3a pittance? I don't remember the last time I didn't have 20+ in overflow.

They should increase the capacity of t5b and t2a, the 15 cap is just not enough when these cats are so readily available. A cap of 25 would be reasonable, though more is desirable.
