Why did I not get my Alliance War rewards?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I joined a new alliance a week into this last season. I participated in 7 wars and am yet to be compensated for everything I did there. Why has everyone else received their rewards except me?

    I asked global chat and almost everyone had already received their rewards. I find it strange that I never got mine.

    “Season” ended 2 weeks ago, and so “joined a week into previous season” would have been 5 weeks ago.
    Is that about when you joined ?

    And did you stay in that alliance well after the season ended 2 weeks ago ? (until rewards were sent out ?)

    And NOT counting the additional 6 wars that just wrapped up for this latest in between OFF-season towards how many you said you did (which are not part of a Season) ?

    Season rewards would have been sent out over a week ago.
