So apparently when it says any content except Practice, it also includes RoL, because the objective of defeating Winter Soldier with a Tech champion doesn't get completed if you do it in RoL.

    Answer seems to be that these old versions of champs, still in places like ROL and apparently ACT 1, don’t seem to count (evidently, technically a different champ internally in the code).

    Same with old version of Rhino (according to other posts about this).
