So I was playing bg and my screen wasn't responding to my imput to choose characters

So I lost a bg match today cuz my screen wasn't responding to my choices of characters idk why this happened but it was the pretty tragic cuz I felt like I could have won if I got to choose the characters I wanted but the strange part was after the match the controls worked fine. I just wanted to bring this up to you guys. Thanks in advance and I absolutely love playing this game.
