Want to rank up 1 of following 4 skill class 6*champs to Rank 4. Who has a better potential?

Really depends on what your roster needs most and what you focus on. Personally, I love BWDO's style. Great damage, easy to use for interceptions, on-demand shock, gains evade when missing, etc.
