AW / BG offseason in December

End of the year is usually a busy time for everyone with the festive season / New Year / end of year at work.

Season 46 of AW if it follows the usual 2-week offseason rule (December 6-20) would be starting on December 20 which is right before Christmas and 1.5 weeks before New Year.

BG season start seems to be on December 27, the timing is equally unfortunate because it’s in the middle of festive period and right before New Year.

Many alliance members will not be available to participate in competitive wars or be active in BGs during that time and will have to take breaks / time off from their alliances.

So alliances don’t have to deal with many members retiring because they can’t do competitive war and properly participate in BGs around Christmas or New Year consider delaying the start of season 46 of AW and the start of December BG season till after New Year which would be ~ January 3.

We had a longer offseason last December, it would be great to have it as a regular thing, everyone will appreciate it.

    There's a pretty good chance it'll happen. Last year they noticed the scheduling around the last minute and gave us an extended off season.
