Mastery points on act 4

I am a level 60 paragon player who have explored act 4 (100%),yet I have total of 55 mastery points at the moment while other players have a total of 59 mastery points ,when act 4 wasn't nerfed 2 years ago I completed act 4 and at that time you were supposed to get a total of 4 mastery points from act 4 exploration,one from each chapter exploration,i completed each chapter at that time but I explored act 4 now,but now you are supposed to get 1 point from each chapter completion,mine chapters are completed but I didn't got mastery points so I explored act 4 just now and I still didn't got my 4 mastery points,as masteries helps a lot I hope you guys will look into it and help me ,my id is iron462_1 with 2.8 million rating and 18k+ prestige
