I'm doing my own thing. Crossing paths, destroying timelines. All the good things. Been using Kate, Chavez, Shuri, Wiccan and one other person. Currently on red goblin path and going to untouchable afterwards in hopes I dupe shuri for that Elsa path.

It's nice that they let you cross paths. I also swapped second half of 1 and 3 as it fit better for my team. Good luck!

I would like to explore it, but I just don't have the health resources left after completion to do all 5 other paths. That, and I still need to take Aegon to r4 to ascend and put a bunch of sigs into him, on top of the fact of school and work and the time it takes to complete each path. I'd rather just whale out to have the title and the perks it brings rolling before the end of the year (want that Christmas gift hah!), and I'll comfortably take my time doing exploration rather than the first week and a half rush. I can always make more money...I cannot get more time.

I know my place in the food chain, kudos to the brave, skilled and resourceful. I will always be amazed to watch god tier summoners like MSD and BeroMan taking down defenders and be happy I am playing in my own, slow pace.
Maybe Valiant in mid-2024 with the July 4 deals then? Should be raining T4As by then (kidding)!

I have an update. I regret to inform everyone that the super secret revive farm might have been tinkered with. I haven't gotten rates this low in a long time.
I could just be having an astronomical unlucky streak too though

What are you hoping for a shuri dupe for on the elsa path? That was my first run, and I used kate for every single fight except knull and wasnt really feeling like shuri would have done much

Don't think Chavez can do that fight well tbh. I used Shuri and Wiccan with Hulkling synergy.

Everyone beens mentioning Aegon and Shuri but not Kate. Is it because you have to be highly skilled to prevent her passives from expiring in times where the AI might not throw specials?

she she be a lot faster than Shuri and maybe just a little slower than Aegon? Even in the hands of an average player she'll save a lot on revives compared to Aegon?

Perfect block Quicksilver specials since she can block unblockable specials with the dupe

I've done two paths; the second path was to make sure I used up the pots I farmed. Can't do the rest as I'm going on holiday. Sure way to ruin a holiday, would be to be on my phone and get death stares from the girlfriend.

Kate was my most used champ by far. She took about 50% of fights. Including stuff like Sunspot and Sauron.

Path 4 is the hardest by a mile. Every fight is brutal. The Jubilee fight really sets the tone.

If death stares were literally manifested... we could totally hit milestones for the Road to the Crypt event if they were included in the count.

No push to Valiant, till spring '24 at least.

If I have gathered enough resources and have built a good team, I will try to do a Necro completion by then, so along with Act 8 exploration, I could hit Valiant. Certainly not in a rush, though.

Agreed, there is no rush and people shouldn’t feel pressured to do it. Got to play the game at your own pace.

There are two teams dominating.
-Aegon team with full recoils.

-And the other team where you need to have shuri. kate is OP but having shuri is more important, cuz now you can go non recoil way and have shuri kate and wong team, which is much cheaper.

Shuri Gate is real, there's no kate gate, or Zemo gate, cuz if you are running Aegon you want recoils and kate won't do any good with recoils.

How you figure that? Ramped Aegon will shrug the bleed and poison in the first combo. You don't need the specials (except for maybe the power detonation path and even then, debatable), all your damage should be coming from basic and furies. You're going to have a ton of extra attack with almost no downside.
