Side Quest Entry Not Working?

I’ve collected the ropes for chapter 3 of the side quest but the enter button is still greyed out.

Anyone else having this problem?

I checked and it’s the same for all 3 chapters; I have like 10 rope entry tokens.

Mine was greyed out when my team was empty but once I added a team it changed to let me enter.
