Viv Vision Sp2 lacks slow-mo part

You did Viv Vison's slow-mo on her first sp2 consistent and reliable, but her second sp2 again lacking slow-mo part on the first hit. Because of this I'm losing about 24k damage on total when i try to play her with sp2 only (against incinerate immune etc.). Please fix that kabam🙏
