Nameless grandmaster bug

So during phase 2 in nameless gm fight I realized if I hit him when he said a prompt it would disappear.

I know this isn't the biggest deal for normal gm but it doesn't say in the pause menu if "grandmaster said" it or not.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

    I dont face this issue because i got this disease called the “Skill Issue” disease, i havent tried necropolis

    If u use the search a lot of people have commented about the nameless gm not saying prompts but just showing the timer for the mission yet u dont know if he said grandmaster says or just do this prompt etc
