TB EQ exploration not giving ticket for paragon guantlet

I previously explored TB eq to form my catalysts to get my third rank 4 for paragon. Upon reaching paragon I noticed my event quest missions were reset and the progress for 0/1 to TB exploration has not registered on my account. Is there any way I can fix this to access those rewards?

    Progress for “0/1 TB Explore” was not available for you before you became Paragon.

    So that objective only came online for you after getting Paragon, and doesn’t retroactively count things you did beforehand.

    You can try submitting Support Ticket, they may give it to you anyways.
