as a community we give them a lot of grief but they've made so many pro-players moves in the last 2-3 years, so even know we'd like certain things added or changed RIGHT NOW, they usually do good by the community and get them done eventually.

I also like that they try new things with the monthly side-quests. Sure, they're not all winners, but then they're gone a few weeks later anyway.
I did have a disappointing interaction with support this month (only the second time I've used them) that sadly means I won't be spending in future. In this case it was a matter of less than a hundred units, but I cannot take the chance that if something goes wrong, Kabam Support doesn't have my back. (Using support is also the only time I deal directly with "Kabam people" (yaya, it's probably outsourced, but you know what I mean), so it's disheartening when they turn out to be dishonest ducking duckheads.)
This is going to get me ALL the disagrees, but I like the fact that they were willing to nerf revive farming for their own vision of the game's bigger picture. I don't like that they nerfed revive farming, and I do think they were wrong to nerf revive farming, and I really didn't like them lying about why they were nerfing it - but I appreciate that the team is willing to do unpopular things if they think it will make the game better in the long run.
I get that AI is a complex issue and I'm sure they're working on it. Faster, please!
Really, the only thing that puzzles me is that Incursions were programmed with a vertical map in a landscape game - and that this has never, ever been fixed, despite several opportunities presented by special Incursions events!? Rotate that Incursions map 90 degrees, please! TODAY!
