Unable to claim zero from market

As per title, I have logged in with my in game credentials yet the summoner market shows no cyber deals of any form and no option for claiming a free Zemo as per the announcement. Says on the page I need to log in with my in game details, but I am logged in with them.

Any ideas??

Keep scrolling down to see offers.

That circled sentence appears even AFTER you have logged in.
(the higher up green box login name, with your crossed out red privacy parts indicates you have logged in)

As you can see, no deals .... I did try scrolling down prior, wouldnt have tagged mods if i hadnt looked everywhere hahahaha

I am.indeed but that shouldn't stop me getting the Zemo... if it does then they need to make that information crystal clear coz it doesn't specify that one little bit.

There were another there had the same problem so yes apparently it is why they don’t say anything of it would prevent it

Yeah quite possibly. How hard would it be to just clarify that though, simple communication is hard to come by these days I guess.

Yes, you said “no cyber deals”, but sort of implies you don’t see ANY deals.
And tossed in issue of supposed “not logged in”.

OK, if your game Acct is in NEGATIVE (RED) UNITS, that may indeed be reason for different issues you see.
Although that is an interesting situation, how integrated people's game accounts are known from in the WebStore ?

All the other offers, which would result in purchasing UNITS, which would not be allowed from within the game itself, the WebStore seems to also know that status.
And maybe that is why those UNIT offers are shown still in US Dollars instead of your native currency (which, I believe is indeed how they show BEFORE anyone actually logs into their acct on this WebStore, think they always show as USD before you login, then they change to native currency afterwards ?)
WebStore somehow knows beforehand that you can not buy those ?? (**what happens if you try to click on purchasing one of those UNIT offers ?)

(note, your WebStore pics do show you have already claimed that FREE WEEKLY CRYSTAL, shows timer for when you can claim next, so obviously means you are logged in correctly)

As for this CYBER OFFER (ZEMO) don’t know why that would be prevented under NEGATIVE BALANCE status (?) Wonder if there are other similar things in game itself that also do NOT allow to be claimed if in Negative Status besides just for Units-related things ?

(*note 2, sort of “burying the lead”, like someone who is under 7-day suspension saying same thing “why can’t I claim Cyber Crystal” from WebStore, which is NOT actually running the game, without actually mentioning that they are under temporary ban).

The deals was more a case of "I don't see them" I know i can't purchase them and did not log in to the webstore to do so, I was merely using that as further info to say I'm logged in but Zemo isn't an option as well as any unique deals (whether I can buy them or not). Aside from any cash or unit related deal/offer, there is nothing in game I'm unable to claim for free as a result of my negative credits. So it's just this Zemo. I wasnt witholding info about Being in negative credits as I know it shouldn't have any say in whether I can claim something which is supposedly "free for ALL", as you say, I'm able to claim the free crystal from the webstore
