I r3 Bishop over Sunpot, and I don't regret it. Sunspot is still a nuke at r2 imo and he doesn't have as much utility as Bishop does on attack + Bishop is annoying on defense without a proper counter especially a r3 with block penetration stat.
Ps. For what it's worth, I did this to a r5 Attuma earlier today, pretty cool 😬

Bishop is a dual threat.

Sunspot is a nuke.

So it really depends on what you need, but I would pick bishop out of those 3 choices.

Can’t tell if this is a joke. He’s cool but he can’t nuke a defender that doesn’t bleed and he’s a poor defender against Kingpin or Shang Chi or frankly anyone at all once you get used to avoiding his glide

Nah, he can't nuke bleed immune champs, and he's a terrible defender if you can dex basic attacks (which at this point you should be able to do).
