Our big thing is comms. You can't be effective in 5x5 without it. Don't ask ppl to play 24/7, but to be around a little more at the beginning and end of each AQ day. If you'll be away with family for a week in the woods, would like to know that a few days out vs right as you're losing cell coverage
We don't force ppl to spend, to grind, send gifts. We all have lives, and RL takes precedence. We understand that sometimes stuff happens.

Only 5 hard rules/Requirements
- communication is key
- Duels 650 (10x 4*); 3 Day Completion 15k min
- Participate in all other alliance events (arena events optional)
- Weekly donations $110k, 18k battlechips, 9500 loyalty
- AW and AQ mandatory (AQ is priority)
AQ and AW rewards cover (plus some) all of our required donations every week.
