LF BGs focused alliance

Veteran player here, played from start of the game, stoped short after 6.4
BGs looking amazing, so started new account and need a good alliance
What I’m looking for ?
AQ: map 6, open to try higher maps but don’t have an experience there
AW: full diversity in AWD and no pressure on cleaning line with revives. I like to run suicides and don’t want to constantly change masteries ( why they can’t give us presets for masteries like in BGs ? )
BGs: I want to reach all milestones so something like 250-300k minimum
