Issues loading

in Bugs and Known Issues
When I go to join marvels for some reason it just keeps loading and doesn't seem to let me join in and it just won't stop loading and I've uninstalled it like 10 times it started ages ago and I just gave up so and now when I go to join now it still happens

    Either your device is getting too old to run the game (not old enough to drop off of the technical requirement specs, which would prevent it altogether, but slow enough or not enough memory to really load / run the game).

    *or, more likely*, you are on non-standard Android App Store. Such as some Chinese manufacturers , which don’t have native built-in “Google Play Store”. So trying to side-load APK's or via workaround PlayStore thru separate instances of OS ??
    That one has been discussed at length some months ago, when increasing size of program required changes to how files get downloaded, and no longer worked for a bunch of the old method “workaround installs”.

    That's not it because I had installed it from the normal play store that was already on the phone and it's an new phone aswell

    It's a remidi but the thing is when i went on Frist it was fine and I tried making a new account but it wouldn't let me so I logged in and as soon I did that it was just loading none stop and it would stop or load at all
