Has the date for titan crystal pool changing been confirmed yet?

I'm staring at my titan crystal wondering when the pool will change. I think I heard that Jax said early December, but was wondering if there was any update on that. I've been burned by Colossus already, and I don't want to tempt fate with Spot, as much as I would love a Juggernaut.

    It depends on when the update is available for download. 4th or 5th.
