EQ completion potion unit offer not appearing for 4 months

Hi all, is this available on thronebreaker difficulty? I don't recall it coming up....

Does it pop randomly, or can you force it to pop by completing the lower difficulties?

I've not seen it for the last 4 months of running TB EQ only, so not sure if that's why I'm no longer seeing it.

you have to go to the main screen and click on the offer icon. It will pop up there when you complete the final quest for the first time.
sometimes it pops up, other times it is in that window.
