R3 sig 200 Shocker, short rotation, no nodes that alter his damage or anything just class advantage, insane:

    Nope that was TB EQ Namor, if you have a Shocker go try it and see for yourself. I don't know if this is intended or not but they nearly doubled his damage which is wild.
