Necropolis Path 4, Does doom work for Galan?

I’m about to start my 4th Necropolis run and my biggest worry is that Galan? Does Dr. Doom work if it constantly staggering him? Might not be ideal but I need him for a few other fights.

Also my team and path plan is below, If anyone sees any problems let me know.

Kate Bishop R5 Ascended
Abs Man R5
Doom R4
Juggs 6* R3
Photon 6* R4 not too sure about her yet but she’s a miss counter and can reverse some of diablos healing

Path 4:
Jubilee: Doom
IBom: Kate
Diablo: Photon
Squirrel Girl: Abs man
Silver Cent: Doom
S2099: Kate
Sunspot: Kate
Stryfe: Photon
Spot: Kate/Photon
Galan: Doom
Sandman: Kate
Spidey Sup: Juggs
Knull: abs man
Shocker: Kate/Photon

I did that path recently. I tried Doom on Galan, but not much success there. You not only have the miss counter node to worry about, but also the special lock that can trigger eventually and ruin the entire rotation.

I ended up used Chavez there, due to ammount of buffs on Galan and spam sp1's in order to reduce his charges, without triggering miss counter

I just did path 4 and it sucked so much. It was my second last path and twice as expensive as the others. If anything I wish I had aegon for the second half. The untouchable can really mess you up easily, even with Kate. The first 7 fights aren’t bad but the last 7 suck.

Kate doesn’t work well on shocker since he autoblocks her specials. But have him go sp2 so his charges stay below 50. You can get coldsnap through sp2 autoblock if you perfect time it.

The other fight the sucked for me was spot. He was the worst besides shocker. His kit having untouchable and his specials taking so long make it hard to keep coldsnap on him with tracking. Fight wanted to make me toss my phone and I almost quit out to come back with aegon but just yolod it.

Also learned that you can doom cycle galan. You want to have the special lock timer go off when you shoot your sp1 after the sp3 since it creates space. Throw the sp3 when the timer is half to 3/4 and it should line up. It took 2 revives.

I did that fight with doom and it really wasn't bad. It took me a bit to figure out a good rotation, but you can get into a cycle of alternating sp1 and sp2 that keeps him below 3 bars of power and does some decent damage.

About those two fights, you can do them with Kate easier than the Galan one. Spot took me a few tries but eventually I managed to take like half HP in a single try. And shocked wasn't that bad as long as he let you intercept

idk how you tackled those fights but they were the 2 hardest ones over 5 paths for me lol

I did it with doom and you mostly have to worry about getting the first sp3 after that it is regular doom cycle. Doom’s animations are so long that if you got special locked mid special you could reach sp3 after the lock expires .

Update: Doom worked great for Galan, took a couple revives but it wasn't a very hard fight, just slow. Also I wasn't sure about photon but she was great, especially for Stryfe, everything he did just ramped up photon more.

I'm also planning to use Photon in the 2nd part, how were the other fights with her? How many revives did you use on each one?

I mainly used her on Diablo and Stryfe 3-4 revives each fight. she was also good for Shocker since her sp attacks can be unblockable.
