High energy in EQ, again

Didn't we get energy refills last month because the chapters in EQ were 3,4,5 energy by mistake? Why is it like that again this month?

The refills were because the TOTAL energy cost for the lanes was more than they meant to make.

The 3,4,5 energy cost is on purpose and has been around a few months. There are less paths now so the total energy cost for exploration is less than it used to be before the change.
