Randomly lost 800 units from my account..

Guys, im sorry but i really need help here. I was logged in a few hours ago and had about 2100-2200 units and now i js logged back in and have 1383 units, roughly 800 units lost for no reason. Im a Cavalier and I cant grind as much as other players (Personal life and really busy) and need to find a way to understand how i lost these units. I also really need these units for banquet which will really help my account

I do not recall using units, all i recall is doing an Act 4 Quest, then going to Red Guardian Quest Threat Level 4 and using revives WHICH I ALREADY HAD (NONE WAS BOUGHT) and logged off after having no more energy.

The support questions are too in depth and i wouldnt know when the creation of my account is or my first two purchase dates.

you should submit a ticket to support. i dont think anybody here in the forum will be helpful for that
