Potential reevaluation?

Hello everyone I have a suggestion to reevaluate elektra and storm x hear me out though, elektra's kit is nice with the ability of ability accuracy reduced by 85% while debuff is active plus pacify for a additional 30% coming out to -115%. Her signature ability isn't all that good (guaranteed crits at 25% or less health) and she doesn't hit that hard until you cross that threshold. Storm x her kit is awesome but her signature ability is not necessary at all, you can activate both tempest by being knocked down and throwing a sp3.i know there's a lot going on but can this potentially get looked at 1 day?
