Amazon issue in Prime Gamiming

I tried to claim my Uncanny Onslaught Bundle but not working. I realized that's happens with Chhe'tilth bundle and was the same.
My phone is an iphone 15 and my email is the same for the game and Amazon prime.
Can you help me with this?
