    They were confirmed on the 9 year anniversary video.

    I personally am excited to see them as I voted White tiger.

    Skill for Bullseye, mystic for White Tiger. I believe these classes were confirmed back in the previous summoner's choice vote
    It makes sense. Bullseye is a Tactician, he doesn't really have a superpower, other than his abilities. White Tiger draws strength from her amulet, so I could see that as Mystic.
