If I had to choose, I'd go Titania, because the Buff Immunity and Haymakers lets you do more less optimal matchups. But of course, if you're into Battlegrounds and want a damage nuke with a huge health pool for defense, Hulk would be a good choice.
I personally am underwhelmed by both champions despite the overwhelming majority liking both of them. So personally, I wouldn't be happy with either as R2, despite them being objectively and based on popularity worth R2.

Still confused on how you’re underwhelmed by both. Some good answers to hulk in your last thread, but Titania is even simpler to understand. Indestructible + Unstoppable + Unblockable, go to sp3 with double debuffs, use heavies and they’re dead. She can even do matchups that aren’t her conventional ones super fast. Att, Korg and most skills still get destroyed by her, which should tell you how strong she is
Also to OP, I’d go hulk here since Titania isn’t duped. She’s still amazing without the dupe, but after I duped mine, she became 10x more reliable with even more debuffs + fury potency
