Indomitable not working in thronebreaker EQ 3.1

in Bugs and Known Issues
During IHulk fight, indomitable heal block was not activating against Shuri. I have 3 points in despair, but IHulk healing was not being reduced. The node says it shouldn’t go negative, but it should still be blocked with shocks up.

    Did you have debuffs or passives up?
