Ascended Champs/Class Sigs

I had just recently ascended Red Magneto and I went to add signature stones to him. He's 119/200 and allows for me to add the basic sigs but not class based sig stones. Is this a bug or is it something added with purpose? In the screen shots I have his picture does not show to add the sig stones.
