Is this supposed to be the energy cost for these missions?

I may not be well informed but I don’t think this was that expensive before, was it? Too much energy for completing these paths

The number of Paths were lowered, the Energy per Tile was raised, but the total overall Energy to complete 100% is lower.

it did get changed, simply if you are doing only completion it is more energy comsumption than before but if you are exploring it its less than before.
