Missing Masteries from ACT 4 rewards

Hello the masteries from act 4 rewards are still missing from my account i had completed act 4 and stopped playing game for about 1-2 years and when i came back i explored100% a couple months back just noticed im at level 60 but missing masteries as the masteries from act 4 moved from 100% exploration to completion still missing 3 masteries and its crucial for me to have them as i go higher and higher in rank any idea what i can do now or how to get back the lost masteries im totally not happy with the masteries missing might quit the game again if i never get them

    Kabam said they are “aiming for January” to resolve this for people.

    (just waiting now for the first post from someone on the very 1st day of January, saying “it's January, where are the Mastery Points that were promised ?”)
