Scrap quests have disappeared

Yesterday my scrap quests had a 5 day timer on them and the set before that lasted 3 days, but now they have gone completely, is this a bug or are they supposed to be gone?

    They were supposed to end yesterday.
    That timer was a bug and I noticed it as well
