BGs Bug: when defender activates sp3 during striker atack

This is what happened in BGs when the defender, a Killmonger, activated sp3 meanwhile my striker was attacking.

Basically the camera zooms back and left so the combat is no longer seen when we come back from the sp3 animation.
At first I thought champions turned invisible as you could hear them but then I saw I could see my attacker in the right side sometimes.
Obviously I lost.
