I can't claim the free legends celebration crystal from the store because I don't remeber my kabam account password and I can't reset it because I don't have access to that email anymore. I contacted kabam support but I can't answer their security questions like when was ur account made etc. Because I started in 2021,and stopped, then started again and all my progress was gone and my account reset but I had the same champs so I'm not sure when my account start date is and also I can't find out my og start date in 2021.They told me that I could check my first Google play achievement and I did but when I told them thr date they said it was wrong. When you say “progress was gone and account was reset” when you came back, do you mean just your progress within the Story ACT quests ?

Or did it seem like the whole account was starting from scratch like a new account ?

You said you still had same champs (I assume many more than just the basic “starter” 1* champs everyone gets).
If your champs, inventory, and summoner Level and Name were still what they were before, then yes it is the same account.

The story ACT quests were revamped (many paths and whole chapters removed) and if you had not already fully explored them 100% before then, you would have come back to see you needed to explore them again. But that is not the account being “reset”.

If that is the only MCOC account you had played from your Android device (or Google Play account), then your Google Play status should indeed indicate when you had first downloaded the game originally.

Does Google Play Achievement show when you INSTALLED the game, or just when you received some type of first achievement (which may be some time later) ?

Or do you have screenshots of around when you first started playing ? To indicate around when that was.

Also, is this just a SINGLE account, or have you had multiple accounts along the way from 2021. Your forum Acct here only goes back to Sept this year.

I know Apple Store shows the date you first installed the game (on first Apple device, even though you may have changed Apple devices since then).

You need to follow up with Kabam Support, forums can’t help further.

(if, don’t know if this is the case or not, you happened to have originally “bought” or otherwise acquired the account from someone, then that wouldn’t correspond to when the actual account was made, and in that case you would indeed be out of luck. That's why there are all sorts of safeguards to verify accounts)

So what happened was that the low Acts (Acts 1-4) were modified in late 2021, so it could have looked like you were "starting over" if you left the game in early 2021 and then came back later to resume the game. MCOC does not, in general, "restart progress" even if you are gone for a long time, so if you still had your champions but your lower Acts looked different or looked like you didn't do the paths you did, that's probably the reason.

If that's the case, then you likely just have one account, and the time you started should be the time you originally started playing, not the time you came back to the game.

I don't know why your Google Play first achievement would be wrong, but unfortunately you have to be able to answer the security questions because if you can't, they can't change anything for you. If they don't ask such questions, then I could simply ask Kabam support to change your account's email and password, and then I would have full control of your account, at least temporarily. They have to be able to tell the difference between you and me, when it comes to control of your account.

I do not play on Android, but in the Apple app store there is a way to browse every purchase you ever made, and that includes downloading free games that are free (they show up as $0). When I do this on my account, the account history goes all the way back to when I originally downloaded the game (in fact my Apple App Store history goes all the way back to 2008). I assume the Google Play store has a similar history, but I don't use Android devices so I can't confirm that.

I sympathize, and I wish there was a better way to do this, but unfortunately that's the situation we're in.
